New Space Feasibility
If you have already determined to move or expand, then by thorough examination of your proposed accommodation schedule and in close liaison with your agent we can quickly produce detailed feasibility (test fit) layout plans to assess the suitability of new space and determine the optimum accomodation layout.
Office Refits
Whether open-plan or cellular we can provide accurate equipment setting-out plans for your new partitions, workstations, service hubs, breakout space etc. These will include all floor, ceiling and service layouts as necessary. We can also provide project management to co-ordinate the works on site for you.
Existing Space Surveys
Using sophisticated laser equipment, we can accurately measure and plot your existing space and produce as-built CAD drawings for asset/ data management purposes, or to help comply with fire and DDA legislation
CAD
We use the latest versions of Autocad and Microstation software ensuring we are fully compatible with your existing resources. We can produce a library of equipment and furniture to make future planning more efficient.
